But someone finds a way to get the book ban off the agenda–permanently!

Mark Twain’s The Diaries of Adam and Eve
The Phoenix Theatre Company is back at The Roadhouse with their production of Mark Twain’s The Diaries of Adam and Eve. This funny and often poignant play, based on the short stories by Mark Twain, relates the Genesis story from the perspectives of the first two humans. AND it’s PAY WHAT YOU WISH Admission.
What is PAY WHAT YOU WISH Admission, you ask? Ticket prices for shows in the area range from about $20-$50, which is sometimes prohibitive for potential audiences. But this is a great show. We want EVERYONE to come see it. In fact, we feel so strongly about that, we’re simply asking every audience member to pay what they wish. If you can afford to pay $35 for your ticket, GREAT! You’re financially supporting a local, non-subsidized, professional theatre company, as well as seeing a fantastic production. If you can only afford to pay $5, GREAT! Come see this show and support local theatre with your very presence. We will see you there.
Come early and enjoy a meal or drinks!
Performance Dates: 8 October at 8:00 pm 11 October at 2:00 pm 13 October at 8:00 pm

The desire for money may lead to more than Dednam bargained for when someone ends up dead. Who did it? And why? Well, Dednam needs the audience to help figure that bit out. Join us for intrigue, a great meal…and a proper Renaissance Faire sword fight!
